Error message when editing reports

Hi,

Here on our install when we click on "Edit" at any comment in a report (/modcp/reports) we get a "Page not found" error with the code "2C139/5".

Is anyone else seeing the same issue? @Stuart Silvester?

I can duplicate this locally on 4.2.2 and I can also duplicate it here on this site too.

I've posted an internal report about it for the moment. It is likely to be a weekday before a developer has chance to look though.
