If you created the page with page builder/automatically: Probably delete the old page or delete the block/widget on the page itself to keep the page without the database.

I haven't found this option in the backend/ACP either.

I also want to know, how to edit code from automatically generated pages by the page builder, so I can modify and evolve it ongoing.

If you created the page with manual HTML (no page builder), then you have a "Content Tab" inside, where you can remove the database key.

It’s template-based. Pages → Templates → Page Templates → Page Builder

But don’t expect too much. You can only slightly change the three versions for 1, 2 or 3 columns. You can’t change the layout drastically or add new widget spots.
