texterted Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Where's the security patch for the latest profile photos issue? Also, how do I disable the big red banner at the top of my site?
Ilya Hoilik Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Upgrade your suite up to 4.1.19.3. It fixes security issue and removes big red banner.
texterted Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 I should have mentioned that it's on a "support expired" site.
Ilya Hoilik Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 In this case you should renew your license. All updates are provided only for communities with active licenses.
texterted Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 I don't want an update, I want the SECURITY PATCH.
Simon Woods Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 Just now, texterted said: I don't want an update, I want the SECURITY PATCH. THAT'S HOW YOU GET THE SECURITY PATCH. I forgot how much fun caps lock can be.

texterted Posted May 4, 2017 Author Posted May 4, 2017 It's a pity you can't get an answer from IPS without suffering trial by fan-boi.

That means paying for another 6 months in order to download and upgrade your site to the newest version which is 4.1.19.3.

BN_IT_Support Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 It's a pity you posted in the product feedback forum when you weren't offering any feedback.
ZackL Posted May 4, 2017 Posted May 4, 2017 To be fair, security fixes used to be free and it's reasonable to want fixes to security problems on your site.
