xtech Posted February 17, 2017 Author Posted February 17, 2017 Does it allow to watermak IP Pages record images?
xtech Posted February 17, 2017 Author Posted February 17, 2017 maybe @Makoto can shed some light on this question?
Makoto Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 It should apply to attachments uploaded in any app, as they all pass through the same API.
Cyboman Posted February 17, 2017 Posted February 17, 2017 It should watermark all images except for avatars Better: user can select for wich images the watermark will be applied to.
Makoto Posted February 20, 2017 Posted February 20, 2017 As a quick disclaimer this app hasn't been tested for compatibility in a while. If you have issues with it, feel free to post them here and I'll get them looked into.
sofos Posted February 28, 2017 Posted February 28, 2017 Hi @Makoto it should apply to images by pasted link?

Hi @sofos, If you mean links to images hosted on other third party websites, the hook is not able to apply a watermark to them. It will only apply to images uploaded locally on your forum.
xtech Posted March 20, 2017 Author Posted March 20, 2017 Hi @Makoto just bought and installed it. Is it supposed to watermark the images that are already uploaded or just the ones that get uploaded from now on? Does it watermark the images in runtime? There is a problem, however: it doesn't watermark the images added as record image (in IP. Pages). Regards
Makoto Posted March 20, 2017 Posted March 20, 2017 Hi @xtech, It will only watermark new attachment images that are uploaded, unless you manually have the images rebuilt. Is it only images uploaded in IP.Pages that aren't being watermarked? (Does it still work elsewhere for you?)

Ok, no prob with this, i can live with it. IP pages are being watermarked if you attach them in the content (article body), but they are not when i set the "record image" (image record field). This is important as when someone shares an article on FB, it picks the record image as FB pic.

Hoping it has been fixed, before I make the purchase.
Makoto Posted April 25, 2017 Posted April 25, 2017 I'm looking into adding support for record images. I'm currently re-configuring by dev environment for IPS since it's been a while since I've done any serious work with it, but I should have some updates available soon.
