How do I change the text in the Register form?

Specifically, I want to edit the "I agree to the Terms of Use" line at the bottom of the form:

I've looked through the ACP and Theme editor, and can't find where this can be edited. Is it even possible?

Go to Customization -> Languages and search for it in your language.
