Invision Community 4: SEO, prepare for v5 and dormant account notifications Matt November 11, 2024Nov 11
Posted April 15, 20169 yr Hi It seems you may have switched from Mandrill to Sparkpost in the last 24 hours, now every email I get is going to Junk Email on o365 with a spam confidence level of 9. Are you using a dedicated ip or just the pool Sparkpost use? I can send the headers through if that would help. I personally found the exact same problem when I was testing SendGrid and its dedicated ip.
April 16, 20169 yr If the from address is from your domain do you have proper spf records setup? Microsoft is picky like that!
April 16, 20169 yr Mines also go to the spam folder and I have everything set up and verified :/ SPF record, DKIM record, and the email.
April 16, 20169 yr What are the email headers when the email has been delivered? Specifically, what's the Authentication-Results header?
April 16, 20169 yr I had the same problem and contacted support, they were able to get everything working for me again. I believe it was on their end, not mine.
May 19, 20168 yr Author Just to add it appears IPB are not using a dedicated ip which seems to explain why 25-50% of mail sent is getting junked on o356/outlook.com/hotmail.com email addresses went it comes from one of the *general* ip's.

March 23, 20178 yr old post I know im sorry... but think about configuring a bounce domain? Sparkpost recommended I do that and havnt seen issues since. https://support.sparkpost.com/customer/portal/articles/2371794-requesting-a-custom-bounce-domain
