MSUKForum
Is there anywhere I can see what the changes in updates? It just says "Fixes reported issues" but this isn't really helpful to me, it would be useful to know.
Management Charles Posted February 4, 2016 Management Share Posted February 4, 2016 You can look at the bug tracker and sort by version if you are curious. As with most commercial software products, we do not really provide a list of issues fixed.
Dll
Except for virtually every other single release of the 4.1 series. And I thought we were suppose to ignore the bug tracker as most bugs are fixed through tickets? It's not possible to have it all ways, and I don't know which commercial products you're using Charles, but most I've seen do offer some sort of change list or info on the major bugs that have been fixed. MSUKForum
It would be appreciated (and just expected) for you to collect the changes and list them in the updates, rather than asking us to sort through a bug tracker. It's not some freeware we are using. Thanks for doing this in the most recent update 4.1.8.1 though, this is what I am talking about! Keep it up... Management Charles Posted February 6, 2016 Management Share Posted February 6, 2016 It would not really be a good use of our time to just copy/paste the bug tracker list into release notes when there are handy filters already there if you are interested Most clients are not really interested in reading pages of fixed items. We do highlight anything of interest in the release notes though.
