Management Lindy Posted January 4, 2016 Management Posted January 4, 2016 For anyone who is having issues with the upgrader timing out, remove the following directory /applications/forums/setup/upg_101021 Once you have done this you can revisit your upgrader and continue at http://www.yourSiteHere.com/yourAdminDirectory/upgrade replacing the yoursitehere and admin directory (which for most will likely be admin)

I propose clearing your browser cache. Hi, No it was not a caching problem, but IPS Support is quick and they fixed it. For people who also have this problem, this is the solution: " Hello, Unfortunately the issue is being caused by the Rules 3rd party application which you currently have installed. I have disabled this for now and you will need to contact the author of this application for support in this area. Kind Regards, Marc Stridgen Invision Power Services, Inc."
Dean_ Posted January 4, 2016 Posted January 4, 2016 Might of been better to tell everyone what that plugin and not what IPS sent you as it just says '3rd party plugin...'
