If I limit that amount of storage for a user group say for the example I'm going to set the Admin for a 1 GB limit of storage. Now how do I tell how much storage space I have remaining in my account? Thomas. Posted January 3, 2016 Share Posted January 3, 2016 Group permissions bubble up to the most favourable/highest possible value. In this case, you have a group with limited storage settings (the Administrator group) and a group without storage limits, and thus the latter is selected for this particular permission. In most cases this is wanted behaviour. If this is not what you want however, then all you can really do is to remove yourself from the groups which have "higher" settings. This why I was asking if the empty group or fresh created group would be better? Because all I wanted for these two secondary group is give access to two special forums nothing more.
