I created a custom stream, how do I make that available for everyone?

I see I can create them in the ACP, but I can't use the same level of details that I can when creating them in the forum.  That seems odd to me.

You create them in the ACP, and that then makes them available to all.

What level of detail on the site side are you unable to use on the ACP side? I'm looking at both sides and the only difference I can see is how the options are laid out....everything looks possible via the ACP as is via the site.

I want to be able to pick topics from specific forums only.  Is that in the ACP?  I probably missed it.

Content Types -> I will choose which content to include

Content -> select 'Topics'

Use the 'Forums' select box that appears.
