an option that I can't find anymore, is how to add a link instead of uploading a file - is it still available in this v4 version ?

even files that have links to another server are no longer showing those links.

in the download module - when adding a file, one had 2 options

upload a file directly to the server

adding a link to another server

Ah, gotcha now. You will need to ensure that the member group has the permission to upload either by URL or add a file from a folder on your server already. You can do this by going to ACP -> Members -> Groups -> edit the group you want to give this to -> Downloads tab, scroll down to Submission Permissions and ensure they have "Can submit URLs?" and/or "Can import files from the filesystem?" enabled

I managed to enable my permissions but

now when I try to edit a members permission - I see this:

please select a value that is no less than 0
