Can't install 3rd party Apps (error code: 1S111/1)

Hi,

I just installed IPS 4 but when I try to install 3rd party apps, namedly Collaborations and Chatbox, they give me this error.

 

I'm trying to install these apps,

What I did was I extracted it manually into the application folder.

are you trying to install them in the right place ?

collab/chat box are application's seen people try to install them in plugin's lol

are you uploading the right file ?

you should be uploading the xml.

 

Do Not extract it manualy !

follow the upload steps in the acp .

@W4L Accordin to the Chatbox instructions, it is an application and has to be installed like one. Other plugins have installed through xml fine, but Chatbox and Collaborations come in this format..

You should upload the TAR file for apps.

For Collaboration, the folder in the /applications directory should be named "collab". Anything else will produce the error you are getting.

do you have mufti language support?

if so remove them and reinstall after you add your third party addons
