I LOST MY PASSWORD IN https://www.invisionpower.com/  PLEASE SEND ME THE  RECOVERY PASSWORD OR MY DETAILS SO I CAN USE MY LICENSE KEY .... PLEASE SEND ME MY LOGIN DETAILS ... I CLICK ON FORGETTING MY PASSWORD BUT I DIDN'T RECEIVED MESSAGE IT'S ABOUT 7 or 8 HOURS ... PLEASE ANSWER ME .... i buy a  license cost 175$

i contact them two times but they didn't answer me at all .... so what to do now ?? 

It does need a member of staff / accounts to look into this for you. This can take a little longer over the weekend compared to a weekday (support is 24/7 but accounts/billing are not iirc)

Hopefully someone will get to you soon.

Isnt you're password same as here? my forum acc and client side account is same password.

Hey Andy,

I had email issues before, some emails sites are blocked on Invision... not sure why.

You have 4 support tickets logged, please do not start anymore, you will need to wait for a reply from Accounts Team Staff, please have some patience on this matter.

I would also recommend that you check your spam box or spam filters in this case, you are using a free email provider which can often filter out these emails in some cases and/or mark them as spam.

As we are just into Monday (and IPS are in USA) then at this moment in time it is not even office hours in USA

Just be patient .. .they will get to you
