This can take a little longer over the weekend compared to a weekday (support is 24/7 but accounts/billing are not iirc)Hopefully someone will get to you soon. Rhett Posted July 19, 2015 Share Posted July 19, 2015 You have 4 support tickets logged, please do not start anymore, you will need to wait for a reply from Accounts Team Staff, please have some patience on this matter.I would also recommend that you check your spam box or spam filters in this case, you are using a free email provider which can often filter out these emails in some cases and/or mark them as spam.
