Hey. Will I find instructions for performing the upgrade IPB from version 3.4 to 4.0?

Does anyone know why IPB aren't providing instructions on how to upgrade? I'm an experienced forum admin and can generally debug my way to a solution, but it would be nice to just see something clearly stating the steps needed to upgrade, even if it's as simple as 'upload the new files and run the upgrade script at /admin/upgrades/index.php

The only relevant page I can find is at https://www.invisionpower.com/support/upgrading which you get linked to if you go to try and request a supported upgrade through the Client Centre (currently at an 8 day wait), but both of the links on that page are broken.
