Option to change <title> suffix

I've been trying to change the <title> tag on my pages to remove the Board name, but I can't see a way to do this without altering files.

Could this little tweak make it in to the 3.2 series? It would be a huge SEO help for just a small tweak.

Thanks Steve, it's just that would need to be done on every update and would only benefit me, whereas I'm sure it would be handy to lots of people :).
