ᴡᴅツ Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 3.1.x showed the latest announcement on board index. I don't see it on 3.2....
Rhett Posted July 24, 2011 Posted July 24, 2011 But..... here you go, this is a hook that will add it back! :)
bfarber Posted July 25, 2011 Posted July 25, 2011 In 9/10 forums what you would see is "Latest News: Something Announcements Forum ... Latest topic: Something" It was redundant to have the same link right next to each other like that.

When used does it show on the same line as the "Latest News"?
bfarber Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 No, no. What I mean is that 90% of sites that have an announcements or news forum have it listed as the very first forum on the page. You ended up with this, basically." alt="" class="ipsImage" width="1000px" height="204px">
Rikki Posted July 26, 2011 Posted July 26, 2011 There might be a bit of confusion here. The "Announcements" feature is separate to what Web Developer meant. He/she was talking about the "Latest News" line we used to show on the index page :)
