Status Updates

Love the new software but to me status updates seem very dull now. It just looks like an app for spam and as a result I look at it less often. I think the text is too light or perhaps a new boarder could be made to make it stand out more.

Can't believe the option to add a status update has moved to the user menu. Hiding it way is ridiculous.

3.1: You could update your status only on your own profile or on the board index only if the status updates hook was enabled.

3.2: You can update your status on every single page of the community suite.


Using this logic you can see that the status update functionality is actually more accessible in 3.2 than 3.1.

But you can't update it from the main forum view, can you?
I wish that feature was back.
