Display "Member No:" on posts

I know that I like it myself even though there's no real need to know it or show it. But as you can see in there, some people seem to really like to have it. So requesting that it be added back in by default. :)

We will not be adding it back in. It inevitably leads to the "how can I reindex member numbers sequentially" and "how can I change my member number" topics from users who don't understand the technicalities behind it.
