Does anyone know if the follow two features/issues were added/fixed in IP.Board 2.2.1?

1. The ability to have a user be part of two groups, and if the secondary group is a moderator of a forum, then that user can moderate the forum? Currently on 2.1.7 if a user has a secondary group which is a mod of a forum, they do not get their mod abilities. It's only when their primary group is a mod of a forum do they get the mod abilities.

2. If we assign images to groups and a user is in multiple groups, will IPB still show only the primary group's image or the images for each group they are in?

Curious if they were addresses before I do the upgrade.
