  1. I agree with @Marc Stridgen. This topic had a problem almost the same with you, and it was from a third party application. If you don't find the culprit you can always go to your theme editor, seach "GlobalTemplate" and press on revert, that will revert the globaltemplate to its original core file. Or talk to your front-end developer who made your template to revert to default the globaltemplate. But be carefull, if you revert and your template has custom elements into Global Template, all those will be lost. So make sure you have a backup of it.
  2. Hi there 👋 Could you please give me the error log from public_html where your suite in installed? How did you upgrade it? What php version do you use? Did you trying solving this problem by yourself? Did you ask your host provider to look deeper into this for you? Did it work after you upgraded? If yes, what did you change / added / removed when you got this errors?

  4. @Jim M sorry for x2 mention for today. The problem wasn't from the template actually. It was from Third Party Application "Community Map". I disabled it and now It's working. ! Attention for all clients. When you update your IPS Version to IPS v4.7+ and you get template errors first of all try disabling one by one the plugins & applications to make sure that one of the plugin / application isn't the culprit. And this is the second this you should do if still doesn't work . !!
  5. I'm afraid that the front-end developer who designed that specific template, also modified some files in ../../topics/post. Since the new update you cannot anymore modify the CORE Files (which I agree with). Before you could edit the files and even revert to default files if you ever had a problem with an outdated template. But I can still help you, if you want. Since this topic is useless because of the template beeing out of date, I will continue to speak with you on private. @Jim M You're always right 😄

  8. After 5 years or maybe even more of using Invisioncommunity packages until 4.6+ I was pretty happy with everything. Now there are some new updates coming out every now and then.. Especially now with the latest update 4.7 a lot of plugins aren't working anymore. I have this problem with "Couldn't get the list of blocks.." on manage blocks on 3 or 4 suites. The suggestion for today is: Plugins such as, 'General Statistics', 'Who Was Online', 'Group Name Indicator' should be directly implemented to the invision community packages for installation. It would help a lot of community owners and even businesses with these plugins.. Because with all the updates going on now, we get new features but also a lot of problems for current plugins already installed on our website. Please consider my suggestion and try implementing it. As a invisioncommunity client I'm pretty satisfied with the services provided, but we need a little bit more.
  9. I'm afraid that this new update isn't such usefull.. Because we are forced now to move on php 8.0.0 in order to for things to work out. My clients are updateing their invisioncommunity version every single time when there is a new one, I told them to wait, to take it easy... Only after 2, 3 or even 4 updates to updat their version, now they are crying to me that the plugins aren't working... Here is a little recommendation from my side: 1. Try adding "Who Was Online" by defalut in your packages and to make them to work with every update you make... Same for "General Statistics", "Group Name Indicator"... This are some of the plugins you can do it directly into our invisionsuite package instalation. So we will not have this problem anymore..
  10. I already tried 8.1 but it's not working either, 7.4 is not working. The page isn't loading at all, 7.1 it's working but the same error "Couldn't get avbl. blocklist" or smth like that. I don't know what to do. I don't really want to go in deeper cuz I don't have the time for that but I could. I have something in mind but If that still doesn't work.. That's it I give up.

  15. Well thank you. I don't understand why you got so angry about the fact that I didn't specify the reason. This is help & support area, I asked for help / advice. It's simple, you could've just replied with "Yes, you can use |escape:"html" but on the end of the line or something, not to ask for the reason.".... !!! The reason doesn't need to be specified.   16. Well I'm trying to do something what includes the forum description, but I need the content from the description without html tags. The reason is not needed to my question actually and you know it 😛
  17. I'm sorry, I tried and It didn't work as you said. But now I've fixed it and I did a test login and It's working.

Howdy, I want to remove the paragraph tag from forum descriptions, is there a way to do it? {{if $forum->description}} {template="richText" group="global" app="core" location="global" params="$forum->description, array('ipsDataItem_meta', 'ipsContained')"} {{endif}} I've tried with |escape:"html" but didn't seem to work Any solution please?

  22. Hello there, you can try one more thing if you wish. Go to themes and activate the designer mode. After that just follow the steps from the image I left down below. 1. 2. Wait until the designer mode was builded on all of your templates. 3. 4. After that, when you are done, press on this button again and follow the last steps from the image that I left you down below. Now, maybe this isn't the right way to do it, but when ever I had a problem like that, I just did this what I showed you in the images and everything worked again (90.99% sure) 😄 😛
  23. Hi again, I tried to do all of those things you've mentioned but still not working, probably I'm doing something wrong ? As @dndarknight said, only after you install a plugin from marketplace or even a custom one, the managing blocks would not work anymore. But if there are no plugins, than everything works perfectly.
