I cannot see an option in group promotions to filter if they have joined a club and also a particular club.

Is there any way to do this please?

We can change the group your members start in if needed. What I would generally suggest however, is instead of doing it that way, do it this way

1 - Copy your members group
2 - Set up the promotion rules
3 - Rename the original group to Newly Registered

and just let the system promote your current members

If you want to move them quicker, you can also just bulk move everyone to the new group if needed, So step 4 and 5 would be

4- Search members in Newly registered (and other criteria if needed)
5 - Mass move to Members group

I have successfully completed a conversion of our current Xenforo 2 database into a new IPB install in mid August.

We are now ready to fully migrate over to using IPB but we don't want to re-setup add-ons and changes on our IPB install but also getting all the latest database from the xF install.

Can I re-run the conversion tool to update the information?

most of the time it’s either a WAF which is blocking the request because a security rule was trigger or suhosin blocking huge requests like when editing a template.

I have reached out to my website hoster, they have confirmed that either of suhosin or WAF are used on my hosting service.

What else could be causing the issue of not being able to save the globalTewmplate file?
