Hey Marc. Nope, seems to be pretty consistent. We are having moments of normal speed but unfortunately short-lived. It's affecting all of our team who are using different devices/networks/geography, so can only assume it's affecting our members too.

We want to keep the post before registering but only for 2 forums which it's enabled in. We don't allow guest accounts the permission to post in the other forums, but somehow we are recently getting exactly that.

Hey Marc, we did allow guests to post in technical support but nowhere else. We are getting roughly 1-2 posts from Guests each day. I will DM you a URL to an example of a post.

We ask members for their DOB on registration and for their age on their profile. Is there a way for us to quickly pull together stats on the age and frequency of age for our members?

We just updated a few plugins/disabled old plugins and now got this on the front end. It's appearing across all themes. Any ideas?

Wondered if anyone else is suddenly receiving an influx of spam? We've had to ban around 10 accounts in the past couple of hours. Our spam settings are fully configured so not sure what's going on and how we can prevent? We've had to opt to manually approve new members as a short term measure.

Any advice would be appreciated!

I know that there are plans to depreciate this system. I wondered if there were any updates on when this is likely to happen and any new guidance on the best replacement? We are heavily reliant on this feature as our members use it to get private, confidential support from our support mentors and removal is likely to cause a lot of distress and issues for our members who need it. We're hoping to find a solution that fully integrates and doesn't require our members to create another account on another app.

Any guidance would be hugely appreciated!

Has anyone using this experienced an uplift in organic search traffic?

Not sure about other community managers, but we generally find that the search function is very inaccurate and doesn't really load up relevant search results. Are there plans to modernise this with new technology? 

This functionality is great, however would it be possible to select a date you're away until on a calendar, instead of having to calculate exactly how many days you're away for?
