    @opentype this is the file url : https://eci.gov.in/files/file/13931-press-note-for-the-general-election-to-legislative-assemblies-of-goa-manipur-punjab-uttarakhand-and-uttar-pradesh-2022-reg/ I've to increase view count from DB. The actual view count were around 400, while downloads are 12800. All downloads are free as the purpose of the website is online information dissemination.

    yes this is a scenario, but for my case this is not true as the file was a public notice and many people were waiting for this announcement since a long. some users may download this file multiple time but most were unique users. View count is unbelievable. It is not possible, view count is in 2 digit while downloads >4000

    On my website i am facing a issue. On File Information bar I can see view count are in two digits while downloads counts are in thousand. How is this possible if a user want to download a file obviously he will visit the page and this will go to view count. Could anyone advise

    Thanks @Jim M @Daniel F. Checked in uploads/logs The culprit was GD PHP extension in my case. Now working fine

    The server is accessible through VPN only so you can't access right now. I can provide files if needed. You may suggest the possible reasons. I want to add here that at my present live website the fileserver is on the same server but on new infrastructure I am using the different fileserver mounted with the same name uploads. This is the only change we made. Everything is working fine except Admin and member login.

    I am trying to move to a different server. After content migration the site is working fine without login (on private IP) but I am unable to login as a user and in Admin Panel too. While login into ACP, I am getting 2 error (sometime one sometime another) While login as a member i am getting below error Could anyone suggest what to do now?

    Could anyone guide me how to restrict the maximum number of requests a particular IP address is able to make in a given window of time ? Is this possible within IPS? If not how we can do this in Apache?

    Hi if anyone can help please. I've an urgent requirement to change file submit / updated detail of a file. So I thought it may be done from backend easily. But as I can see in db table the date is not in usual format. What is the mechanism to change this ?

    Hi @Daniel F I tried this in custom template, also tried to put this into global template too but this is not working the else condition is working everywhere including Blog App {{if \IPS\Request::i()->app == 'blogs'}} {template="customblog" app="blog" group="view" location="front" params=""} {{else}} test {{endif}}

    I want to show a custom block on Blog App only. what is the correct way to select Blog app ? All I need to add a fluid block/template just below the header of Blog App. For pages I used this {{if $home = \IPS\cms\Pages\Page::$currentPage->id == 5}} {block="custblock1"} {{else}} {{endif}}

    I am using Invision 4.4.10 and quizzes 1.4.4. I've checked all the settings but still cant show the leaderboard to guests. See the attachment.
