    Hi, After whitelisting the I am able to move the next screen but not able to log in. After login window the below error is coming. For your information I am using Version 4.6.7. Is this the problem?

    Hi, We are a self hosted community. we are planning to use elastic search. As we need to add more complex filters in search. As per documentation a new server is required for this purpose. I have a query, do I require a new domain for this? My current domain is eci.gov.in do I require to register a new domain like search.eci.gov.in ? Please suggest.

    Hi, I tried to setup marketplace many time on my site but could not succeed till date. I always get this error 3C409/3 There was an error communicating with the Marketplace server. Please try again later, or contact us for assistance. FYI, We are on a government hosting and we need to whitelist url for accessing outside services. we have whitelisted the below url Destination - remoteservices.invisionpower.com Port - 80, 443 Request - Domain based I can perform IPS update but not able to setup marketplace. Is there any other domain that need to be whitelisted? If yes please mention.

    The CDN provider copied the complete folder under www/html/ All pages were appearing with images but functionality was broken like on downloads the download file button was not working. I was logged in before moving to CDN so it was showing me logged in but when I tried to login from different browser, login page was not working. What should I and CDN provider do so that db driven activities pages download,login etc would work too

    So I need to ask CDN provider to build a property to that reads the cookie value of logged in or not. Do i need to change in cookies at website level? Yes we are using friendly URLs.

    Hi I want to add here that Guests can only read content and download files/images. There is no interaction for guests. We have a limited members within organization they only update/upload the content.

    Hi, We are a self hosed community. My organization want to configure the complete website to use a commercial CDN (AKAMAI) so that site would be available on massive load (10 million Hits). We tried to move on CDN but could not succeed. the site was working for guests but login, downloads and db pages were not working properly. As I can see in storage setting there is storage setting to change the uploads folder path if you are using CDN. By this CDN will serve all CSS/JS/Files/Images. But what if I want to configure complete website eg. Pages, Downloads, Gallery. Is there a way to cache the complete website on CDN? Please help

    Hi, One more query regarding login/logout for members. I require members login logs. In core_members_logins tables only three fields are there MEMBER_ID, MEMBER_DATE and MEMBER_TIMESTAMP I require Login Date/time, Login IP, and Success/Failure Status. Is there a way to get Login IP and Success/Failure (Status) in IPS? Please advise.

    Feeling sad to know you removed this. This was the easiest and handy way to run query on a self hosted community. Pls create a Poll and see what other member say. I am sure most of the members would like to get this feature back in next version.

    Hi, We are implementing the logger system for our website. As i can see in core_admin_login_logs there are ADMIN_IP_ADDRESS ADMIN_USERNAME ADMIN_TIME ADMIN_SUCCESS So I can get login time but there is no way to get logout time. Is there some other table for this? Basically I require Admin/User login and logout timestamp.

    After clearing cache that log is not generated yet ( in 3 hrs) but getting the below log. We are not using any third party theme. We modified IPS default theme. If this is theme related issue could you please tell me what part should be check?

    Hi, We didn't switched over to https/http. After restarting the db server login issue was resolved. Once I Clear cache from Admin Panel the File upload is also working. I am feeling the bad cache is affecting my website Please see the below screenshot of system logs this is continuously generating. What is this Please advise

    Hi, I am trying to update but stuck in last step. I've to restore my website from Backup. I tried to update through update link. But system asked me to upload files manually. I downloaded the from client area and uploaded through FTP but the screen stuck here then I tried from other laptop the below page was coming Pls help me to overcome this

    After a deep checking I am not able to write any content : any Announcement, pages edit, gallery, file download. The main problem is, I am unable to login to admin panel so that i am unable clear cache (if it is due to bed cache)

    Hi, The user login/Admin login suddenly stopped working. i am not able to login to website on new device/new browser. its redirecting to login page again and again The admin Panel is completely inaccessible its redirecting me to domain/admin/?app=core&module=system&controller=login&ref= again and again. On chrome I've already logged in but I can't able to upload files/ images either directly or through server path. while uploading new files I am getting this error while uploading new images I am getting this error Please help this is a critical government website that required updation on daily basis. Please Note. uploades/log is empty

    Yes you are right. I was sure that this feature is not available that's why I wrote here. Invision team may move this to help/support.

    Yes this is working. thanks @Adriano Faria I was looking for this feature but was not aware that it already exists. But a little problem is there new content approval mail is going to other moderators too. Hope I am missing some settings.

    @Adriano Faria Thanks for your response, but I could not find the approve option in for downloads and gallery. There are too many options, but can approve is missing. Could you guide a little bit.

    Hi, For big communities/websites there must be a feature so that different moderator can moderate different categories. As of now any moderator can moderate/approve any content For eg. Moderator A can moderate only content of download category A, while Moderator B can moderate only content of category B.
