  1. Is it possible to somehow remove the votes that a topic with a voting system has? In my community I have seen an obvious bad practice to create accounts and vote against a product, however I do not have tools (or I do not know them) to remove these votes.

    Thanks in advance to the community for their responses.

    Here is clear evidence by date, time and IP address, accounts were created to make a negative vote.

    Could contain: Person, Human, Text, Number, Symbol

  2. I have noticed that it still asks to select a subscription to all the users who registered in my community after talking about applying the 4.6.12 patch.

    Users registered before applying the patch and those users registered after applying the FIX do not present the described problem. (it sounds like a tongue twister, but it is so and I hope to explain myself)

  3. Dear @Marc Stridgen, despite having installed the FIX and reporting at the time that the problem of the requirement to be in a subscription was resolved, this behavior has become a requirement again, I have reports of old and new users who are in the loop of record selection.

    How, now that the FIX is applied, do I solve this problem generated by version 4.6.12..???

    After subscribing I can see the forum normally.

    Hi @Marc Stridgen, how long does it take for this to be available???

    The support option is not available with this new version and I have no options to open support.

    Through checking for new versions in ACP-->Applications-->Check for Update no. there is nothing new.

  5. @Marc Stridgen, thank you for responding that this matter is being addressed.

    For now, for my most relevant members of my community I have had to manually add them to a free subscription, just so that tomorrow I can operate correctly (I am in GMT-04 and it is 04:37 AM).. so I am something complicated with this situation.

    Indeed, the portal (forum) does not work if the subscription is disabled, it does not leave the loop where a subscription is required, despite not having the option active.

  7. This is causing a problem, I have created a "free" subscription with no cost and no expiration date, I am manually adding the users, but it does not exit the STORE loop.

    It is urgent that they reverse this error, since not even the protected groups prevent this from working well.

  8. Jim, remove this problem, it's really a bug. My community has more than 10 thousand users, this implies that EVERYONE must be part of a subscription???

    What happens if I don't have subscription plans created??? My platform doesn't work..????

  9. After upgrading to v4.6.12, all pages are redirected to my STORE, it only happens with the account with admin role. I have cleared the cache of the browser and the application, but it's still the same, It doesn't allow me to log out of the forum either, it doesn't do anything.

  10. Can someone put images of the step by step to create an example and see how the form finally looks (what the end user will see as a result), I hope it is understood and I request it to see if it works for me and make the purchase, but buy in vain, I'm not sure.
