This issue is resolved. Third-Party App app prevented from maintenance task to run for a few days. when disable the app, and run the task manually, every thing back to normal.

I want to start and engage Turnumenet every month, as the winner gets X amount of money as a prize.
What is the best implementation for such a case? I need a simple and quick method to deposit money to a user in the end of each month.
Do I need a commerce module for that? I am not offering anything for sale; the user does not have to give me money in any situation.

I have two issues with reputation Emotions,

I am trying to configure the system to work like in this forum, as the user gets a notification for liked topics, for example. Where can I configure it?

THe second iisue is that i want user to see all given like/thanks/+1 reputaion given. for now, it's not working, I can't see what other people gave.

It's not working.

I have entered the guest group permission and configured "see forum" on the category and one of the category forum.

but guestst still dosent see it.

I need guests to see only one forum category, and can't enter and read the topic.
