A-ha. Some of us have been having the same experience when a particular app is activated, even though the author can't replicate for himself. (The only real difference I can discern is that we're using PHP 8 whilst he's on 8.1.)
I'm not sure what you can do but I'll be monitoring this thread to check, and should I come across a resolution in the other, I'll paste a link here.

We are on PHP 7.4 and trying to push it to 8.0, however we are getting the following error on 8.0. We have upgraded all of our sites to 8.0 without any issue with the exception of our IPB forum.
Any advice on how to resolve this error? Thanks in advance!

We've recently upgraded to 4.5, and since doing so, all of our social icons are now displaying twice in our users' profiles. We have deleted all of the extra fields for icons we're not using, but this did not resolve the issue. Can you please advise how we can resolve this?

Please disregard. Issues were due to our custom theme and we've been able to resolve them.

Sorry for the delayed response, it got updated on Sunday and just waiting approval to be able to get downloaded, not sure when as it's all down to IPS
