I have downloaded the version that was in "Download this file" and there is only one xml file there. (Birth Date in Registration Screen.xml)
I have installed it and it make the mm/dd/yyyy thing unclickable.
I see people have this error because they don't have the new version installed, but I don't understand where I can download the new ver.
I can't click on the things that people post here
There is two, you have to download

I'am not familiar with this code, but you can try to run the support tool to clear your cache data and install it again.

Plugin does not work on the latest version. If you enable force birthday on reg then they wont be able to register as the panel is bugged.
`Have you updated te last version from the plugin ?
There is a fix for that.

Uninstalled - Cron fine for an hour - Installed fresh (2.4.8) - Cron Errors - Broken
You can let the auto support option cleaning some files, sometimes badly cached data can cause problems.
It worked for my wiht the chatbox.

So an upgrade breaks it but a re-install will be ok then ?
I am running two forums on 4.1.8 and Auto welcome is running fine, so maybe there's something went wrong during the upgrade.
A re-install can work to solve this problem, use the new auto welcome 2.4.8
