I'm on a cloud plan. I have no idea if or how to do this. The error is a launch onto a page that says it cannot load.

Aha i am not sure about how things work on cloud plan...

Though checked the addon, the code seems okay for PHP8 but seems like the hooks are not compatible with latest version of IPS. (I have not tried installing it, only read a little of code in my free time). Thats the only reason i think it's crashing the system.

Anyway, IPS team should be able to help you Or ask them to revert to an old backup where everything was correct and then uninstall the non essential add-ons and upgrade the forum.

Okay, btw team has noticed one more issue, when configured to use S3 for files and files are stored in directory, it creating a two requests to one for image and one for the directory itself. Leading to 403 error thrown by S3. Can you please check that as well. Thanks

  3. @Marc Stridgen or IPS team, frankly, can we get permission to download our purchased application/plugins from marketplace? I planned to took some items live today, and this issue has got me stucked because I am not able to download files as cannot login into marketplace. We self hosted clients are already, taking good enough risk by using self-hosted version and not cloud, so i don't know what risks could be there if we are downloading and installing applications ourself. 🤔🤔 Just give us notification messages or popup to accept that risk is ours and we will be okay with that. Thank you.

We add this code in the body section. The code below is related to my own website (http://ips.valacoding.com/index.php?/events/), which is in the body.

I also saw at same place for your website. You are checking in chrome inspection view which shows parsed version of HTML, please check in the actual source code of page.

Do you have these codes in the body as well?

Not sure disabled the addon, as it was causing w3c validation errors.

Yes, and I just re-uploaded everything again just to be sure there wasn't an issue with any files.

Could be with php configuration and host? You may try moving to a higher PHP version (8.0).

Anyhow what kind of environment is this? Shared Hosting/VPS or Dedicated.

I saw a spot that said something about 7.4.  is it simply a matter of pressing on this and it will update to 7.4?

No, its a server level thing, by clicking on Upgrade button it wont upgrade PHP to 7.4, You first need to Update PHP version to 7.4 (ask your hosting company or the person managing the hosting), and then click on update/upgrade button.

All the files uploaded. There was one failed upload, but I reuploaded and everything was showing successful.

Just checked permissions on the folder and everything looks normal.

Are you uploading files in Binary mode via FTP ?

We cannot provide an estimate of time unfortunately. If you would like 2 factor authentication enabled while you are awaiting this, you should enable the internal one with questions, then add the answers to the questions within your client area. Do you wish to do this before we create a ticket and proceed?

I have already added 2FA details in the notes of Review access section.

There have been no ftp details updated on file. As this will require escalation, we will need these before we can continue

I have updated the details. Can you give me some ETA how long will take ? As I wish to keep admin area behind CF or maybe provide me an email I will setup access inside CF firewall....

Please disable cloudflare and test again in the first instance. Also ensure this is not enabled for us to look further and that all access details are entered

    Please check again. Thank you.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

I have updated the details, let me know if you need anything else.

  12. Hi, the cleanup task is locked and is throwing this error

Please provide more information on how to fix this.

    Thank you.
