There is not a method currently to create a customized Leaderboard (like what is available in our software here) outside of some form of customization of that module.

Jim M's post in Storage Settings - Movie files automatically was marked as the answer
Believe there is a misunderstanding in what this button does. The default position would always be on when you come back to the page. It only comes into play when you change a storage configuration from one configuration to another and have the system automatically move the files for you instead of manually moving them.

Both those users have cards on file so any renewal invoice is generated, auto-payment of those would be utilized.

Jim M's post in SEO help please was marked as the answer
If you are unsure what meta tags are or what to do with them, I would not advise messing with them. The software is optimized with meta tags in mind that search engines and social media sites use and we're always evaluating and updating everything SEO-wise. Keeping the default meta tags will provide you the best results, unless you're explicitly trying to do something.
Like @opentype said, content is king. Make sure your content matches the searches that your users will be searching for.
Tags prefixed with "og:" are related to Open Graph. This is used by external sites to grab information about the page to embed. I.E. when you share a URL on Facebook, you get that embed with a title, image, etc... This is what controls that.
Changing these would not be advised unless you have something explicitly in mind.

Jim M's post in Add Theme Button Missing was marked as the answer
You would need to check what the internal server error is there. Internal server errors are very much like the check engine light on your car. It says something is wrong but not what or where. Please have your hosting provider provide the error log entry for this particular error and we can provide further guidance if it is not a hosting issue.
The page does not exist error may be related to mod_security blocking something on your server or a missing file. Please check first with your hosting provider to see if mod_security is enabled and then temporarily disable it to test.

Jim M's post in "This topic" search option not present on mobile version was marked as the answer
On mobile, you're actually directed to the search page rather than have a search input embedded so this would be intended that it functions this way. If you would like to see this change, please provide your suggestion in our official Feature Suggestion forum.

Please ensure that your background processes are functioning in ACP -> System -> Dashboard -> Background Processes. If they are running slowly, this may mean that you have limited traffic on your community may need to consider changing your background processes to run on Cron in ACP -> System -> Advanced Configuration. If you are running these via Cron, something is wrong with cron on your server so you will need to contact your hosting provider.

Jim M's post in Account Balance was marked as the answer
Looks like an account credit was added in the Client Area to your account. Marketplace items cannot be purchased from account credit in the Client Area at this time. (The Client Area and Marketplace are actually separate systems) Someone from our accounts team will need to review and assist you here, I do see your ticket awaiting action. Someone will be with you as soon as they can.
Please note that tickets submitted over weekend to certain departments would wait till normal business hours to be handled.
