  1. Marc's post in htaccess question was marked as the answer
There is no built in htaccess with the platform. This used to be something you could generate a long long time ago, but Im talking about nearly a decade ago.
Protection of your admin CP via htaccess is actually an old way of doing things. We suggest these days using 2 factor authentication. You can see more about this here

  2. Marc's post in Storage settings was marked as the answer
I wouldnt say that is normal, no. Especially as the system there states its actually moved over 25% of your downloads files. I would probably suggestion reverting to the backup taken before this. Unfortunately, using an alternative storage method to that which is supported natively, there isnt much further advice we can provide
  3. Marc's post in Add a banner in the main forums page was marked as the answer
This is done within your moderator CP, which you can read more about here if needed

  4. Marc's post in Inexplicable slowness. was marked as the answer
Members can only edit up to 60 minutes, as per the settings on your member group (content tab). If its happening with admin, I need a specific post, and specific admin to look at
  5. Marc's post in Ezoic Cookies Pop-Up Appearing on Every Page was marked as the answer
You would be best to contact Ezoic on these issues, rather than here, as they are much better placed to understand how their software interacts in various scenarios.
  6. Marc's post in Convert 1000s of PNG to JPG and update database? was marked as the answer
There is no way in which to do this within the software. You would need a developer to assist you with something like that really. Ensure if you do try anything, that you backup fully before you start
  7. Marc's post in Blank Menu Manger in AdminCP was marked as the answer
You have a 3rd party item named menu icons that I have now disabled. This is what was causing your issues
  8. Marc's post in Ignored member, still see a Topic they post? was marked as the answer
What you are seeing there is correct behaviour as per the current scope of the feature. If you would like to see this changed at any point in the future, please feel free to post this up within our suggestions area
  9. Marc's post in Delete a "locked" language" was marked as the answer
You cannot delete a locked language pack, as that means it's the default one. You would need to edit another language pack and set it to the default. That would then become the locked language pack
  10. Marc's post in Completed registration mail setup was marked as the answer
Not at present. It would never be shown anywhere again other than the admin CP if you set it so its not visible
  11. Marc's post in How to disable mail was marked as the answer
You cant. They are only enabled and disabled for individual items in that manner.
  12. Marc's post in Invoices - Gift Card - Spammed was marked as the answer
Payments>Settings>Checkout. You can set it so the account needed to be validated, therefore meaning there is no way to purchase without an account. Alternatively you can block access to the checkout module
  13. Marc's post in Remove member from following list was marked as the answer
You can only remove all followers from an item. However,  there are 3rd party items such as that pointed out above
  14. Marc's post in How is subscription upgrade pro-rate amount calculated? was marked as the answer
I think the confusion here is you are looking at a calendar year. Thats incorrect. What its doing is charging for a year, starting today, then taking off what they have already paid for the month, minus what they already used for this month. So it would indeed be almost a full year.
  15. Marc's post in Mark as Solution Email was marked as the answer
We have actually resolved some issues in that area. Was this a recent email?
Edit: We got it for the next release. Thanks, @SeNioR- 🙂
  16. Marc's post in Mark Threads as 'Solved?' was marked as the answer
You would edit the forum in question, and go to the "Display settings" tab. On there you will see "Enable solved" 🙂

  19. Marc's post in Error: Call to undefined method was marked as the answer
Looking at your logs, this appears to have been an isolated occurance that hasnt been shown since nor beforehand. Please let us know if this happens again, and we can then take a look at that point
  20. Marc's post in How to customise checkout page & search club listings? was marked as the answer
For anything large scale, you would really need a designer or developer to make customisation in that area. In order to confirm for sure, more information would be needed as to what customisation you are looking to make.
With regard the contents of clubs, those are already included in search
  21. Marc's post in Digital Market was marked as the answer
It seems you havent actually done that, unfortunately.

  24. Marc's post in Can't creat new advertisement! was marked as the answer
Please disable all browser plugins and then test this again. Im not actually seeing any issues on my end. If you have any ad block ones specifically, I suspect they would block them
  25. Marc's post in Sidebar was marked as the answer
Take a look at the following guide, which shows how to use the sidebar
The above items are standard blocks provided in the software, rather than customisation
