2. I mean if can give option to set up diferent default location, if I am USA, sure I will put United State, but if my members are Panama, I would like have the option to change it.

Some contribuitor should make app to test and help make the best configuration for IPS installation from  diferente server pack(if apache or nginx, if ubuntu or centos etc). I think it wiil be usefull for new admin withou experience and coding knowlege(like me).

Page, block permission enabled for guest.

I checked it, swiper slider on, articles slider on, slider of.

I have the slider enable off, but using block plugin to show articles slider.
