  1. That’s intentional actually. If there is no topic image, it shouldn’t waste too much space in the sidebar. So the empty/fallback slot is smaller – at least in the sidebar. Okay, I see the problem. The comment counter is pushing the avatar to the side in Firefox. Until I fix that in my templates, try adding this to your custom.css: .ST_avatar_wrapper_sidebar_withimage { clear: both; }
  2. You might want to open a different topic for that, since that’s a general question about Pages, not a SuperQuote support issue. I am happy to answer in the new topic. Yes, you can create as many blocks as you want and narrow down the quotes in one block to all the default block options of Pages feed blocks, like categories.
  3. Yes, it is possible. I have done it before. But you really need to know what you are doing so you won’t break your site. Neither IPS nor I can support this process in any way. Yes. I set this up with this possibility in mind. You can deactivate all page permissions and show the blocks to anyone still and there is also a setting to not show the page links from the block.
  4. You can send me a temporary admin access via PM and I check it out on your site.
  5. I wouldn’t know what to do about that. As I said: The plugin just hands over setting names and values to the IPS core. I don’t control how these settings are handled, stored, cached …
  6. Reverted/default would mean “on” in the case of these two settings. So seeing that after an installation would be okay. But you are saying they get turned off again after a while, right? Do you saw that on the front-end first? Or just in the settings itself? Are there other admins on your site which might have changed those settings? In any case, it’s still puzzling to me. As mentioned to the other user, the plugin just hands over settings to the IPS core. It literally doesn’t do anything itself and it doesn't write to the database, so I wouldn’t know how it should cause those settings to change or disappear.
  7. How did you upgrade the settings plugin? If you just uploaded the new version, try removing the plugin entirely and then install it again. It seems to be what helped the last guy who reported something like that.
  8. There are up to 4 templates to be set in the database settings: Frontpage (article mode) Category overview Listing Record For each you can pick any template that is installed and made for this view. So you can have a SuperGrid listing page and a SuperDocs record page for example. That is possible.
  9. That’s not an option of SuperDocs. It is a key feature of the SuperGrid templates however.
  10. Support topic for this template set:
  11. Which settings? What is your use case? This would be a major rewrite. I won’t do that unless I am convinced of its usefulness for a broad range of users. Or maybe there is a work-around for specific settings. But then I would need to know which settings those are.
  12. Well of course it’s meant to do that already. There is no limitation regarding the number of databases. Are you talking about specific settings you need to apply differently? Which ones?
  13. No! You don’t need to touch that code at all! Again: It is a setting! You can even see it in the code you posted: {{if settings.SuperGrid_image_use_thumbnail}} That takes care of everything. You just changed the code to ignore the setting. There is no point to it. But anyway. We don’t need to discuss this further. Everything is working as intended. Nothing needs “fixing”. If you ignore the functionality that I built in, that is your problem.
  14. Fixing what? On what page? For listing views, it is an option. For the big header in the record view, the full image is intentional. The thumbnail default size is 200 pixel. I won’t blow up a 200 pixel image to cover the whole page. Using the full image is intentional there.
  15. It’s up to you. You can turn on previews in the plugin settings:
  16. Yes. Essentially you delete it all, download the latest version and install it again.
  17. That theme you use is a bit aggressive in changing core CSS styles. You can put this in that theme’s custom.css .SG_record_right_with_image { background-color: #fbfbfb !important; }
  18. That’s not an option of my templates, nor the stock IPS database templates. So guidance can’t be offered as part of the SuperGrid support. I’m sorry.
  19. It doesn’t change the regular forum content. It’s for additional blocks you put anywhere on your site.
  20. There is only one collapsable level at the moment. That’s intentional. It’s supposed to show a lot instantly without having the user to open sub-levels over and over again.
  21. I wouldn’t know how it could even cause that. The plugin doesn’t do anything but to store values, which itself is handled entirely through the core software. The plugin isn’t called at all to do anything and doesn’t have MySQL queries. So if you don’t open the plugin settings, it literally can’t do anything. If you loose plugin settings, I am pretty sure it must have a different cause.
  22. This gets activated for every forum except the ones one manually excludes. Unfortunately, this setup activates it for every club forum, without an option to turn it off, since club forums aren’t available in the plugin settings. Can you maybe do something about that?
  23. That “wave” shows where it’s day and where it’s night. ;-)
  24. Thanks for the suggestion. I keep it in mind for potential new versions.
  25. He is talking about the “Change owner” link. Guess the question/confusion/problem is, who has access to it. Just admins? Every club owner? If any club owner would have that option, it could cause problems. Exploit is certainly not the right word for that though.
