  1. Yes, as mentioned, make sure to pick a higher feed items value for a random rotation. Also, the site’s sidebar cache setting influences how long any block stays unchanged.
  2. @Virgo81 Thanks for the positive rating even though it doesn’t work for you very well . What theme is that? There is no floating bar normally, nor this image that is showing in your screenshot.
  3. Answered on the previous page: https://invisioncommunity.com/forums/topic/433864-pages-supergrid-support/?do=findComment&comment=2721176
  4. No. It’s just a template. It doesn’t add functionality. What is being fed into the template comes from the regular Pages block functionality. SuperGrid uses the Pages Record Image field. SuperTopics uses post attachments. Both use similar layouts. Not at this time I’m afraid.
  5. I’m afraid not. It doesn’t process the post content in any way. It just uses a core function to return images uploaded to the topic.
  6. A test URL would help. It shouldn’t matter how many images there are in a post or topic. It only matters that they are post attachments.
  7. Makes sense. I can do that when I upgrade the templates for 4.3.

Not my product, but since I get similar reports for my plugins recently, I am curious: Care to be more specific about the “disappearing”? Settings be emptied? Set back to default installation values? Or what exactly is happening? Do you maybe have a caching engine activated?
  9. If you don’t have it in the menu yet and don’t want to type the URL, use this from ACP → Pages → Pages
  10. I don’t think you can, since the Add to Cart button is not a link, it’s a form (with “post” values). What IPS has done seems to be a custom app – it’s not a Commerce link.
  11. The permissions are controlled through: the Pages block permissions the Pages database permissions the Pages database field permissions If you set those correctly, you have full control over who sees your SuperList block. Sounds like you picked the wrong database when creating the block. This can’t be changed once set. You might need to create new block first.
  12. That’s not an option at the moment, unfortunately.
  13. No. It’s how certain Pages field types behave. Fields like text and text area aren’t directly meant to be HTML code fields. If you want their content to render as HTML, you need to pass them on as “raw” fields from the field settings to the template. That’s done like this in the field settings:
  14. Can you maybe try a different PDF reader? There is nothing special about the PDF. It should open in almost any viewing app that supports PDF.
  15. It’s set up this way. If there are additional fields, those are considered “detailed information” reserved for the record view page and you have the option to show the link to that detail view page. The block only shows the basic information of the quote.
  16. I understand that this is unfortunate in the specific case, but in my opinion it’s more a problem of the image itself than the aspect ratio. Not sure more aspect ratios would solve it. It might even make it worse since that could increase the problem of different cutting.
  17. Please see my FAQ point 3 ☞ https://invisioncommunity.com/profile/374850-opentype/?tab=field_core_pfield_23
  18. Try flushing the site cache through the support section to make sure all templates are up to date. With the 1.0.2 release I fixed the bugs I could replicate through users giving me login credentials. At this point there is nothing else I can do. There is a limited amount of things I could inspect by looking at the site in the browser. To inspect the cause of other, currently unknown bugs I will have to investigate in the ACP of sites where the error occurs.
  19. Okay, thanks. I was finally able to replicate the font loading problem. I will work on a fix in the coming days. Still not sure about the mentioned block errors.
  20. By the way: What browsers/operating systems are you guys using? I quickly checked bradl’s site and do see all the custom fonts load for me. So it might be related to the browser somehow.
  21. Anyone of you will need to give me access to your site. I do not see these problems on any of my installations, therefore I cannot identify the problem. I need access to a page where I can see the errors, narrow down the cause and check any potential fixes.
  22. That’s intentional actually. If there is no topic image, it shouldn’t waste too much space in the sidebar. So the empty/fallback slot is smaller – at least in the sidebar. Okay, I see the problem. The comment counter is pushing the avatar to the side in Firefox. Until I fix that in my templates, try adding this to your custom.css: .ST_avatar_wrapper_sidebar_withimage { clear: both; }
