Why?

Is there an example of a custom block using PhP? Can I include html with this type of block or just PhP? Thanks

Hi All, I'm not trying to become an IPS developer... I just want to accomplish my goal and be done. I'd appreciate some help. Background I have a custom written app which I want my community members to access from IPS without having to login. For this purpose, my custom app reads variables passed via the URL (it uses $_GET). i.e. https://mycommunity.com/applogin.php?User=username&ID=userID Goal Our community has the IPS Pages app. I want to create a simple custom block that has an image in it. When a user clicks the image, some very simple PhP code should execute, produce the necessary URL and send the user to that URL. Problem When I create a custom block in IPS, I get the editor and no way to include the PhP code. How can I accomplish this? Thanks

Hi All, We moved to a new VPS and followed the provided IPS guide. I can login to the ACP without issue and it seems to be working fine. Problem: 404 Error URL Not Found when trying to login. URL is <mycommunity>/login Any help would be appreciated. Thanks I put IPS in Recovery Mode and it didn't fix it. I ran the IPS4.php checker and its all green.

I have complete backups of our community going back years. We need to retrieve the log files for the old IPS Chat application from 2013. Where are those files located in the directory structure? Thank You!

I opened a ticket. For my system, it was the previous installation and wrong permissions on the folder that was causing the issue. I deleted the old folder, reinstalled and the problem is fixed. Thanks

It was a permissions issue on our end. Thanks! One more thing: Rearranging the order of the pics in a slider does not work. I can drag them into the order I want, but the slider never updates and there is no "save" button.

I had IPB v3.x with featured content and love it. Upgraded to IPB v4.x, purchased the latest Featured Content. Clicked "Upgrade Plugin" in the ACP. Got an error message and would not upgrade. It will not uninstall either. Please Help!
