I have just taken a look at my website statistics right now and more than 50% of the visitors are accessing it by cell phones.
It's a must for great community promotion the option to share content by WhatsApp.

This is a great app, but may I make a suggestion that would make it even more killer?
Have the app move users who bounce and meet certain criteria (0 approved posts / Not logged in/active in X days) to another group for easy pruning.
My suggestion come from this: My user database is close to 12 years old.  I just sent out a holiday card to my entire user base.  Aside from spreading tidings of comfort and joy, I had ulterior motives.... it would be a great indicator of defunct users.

It'll be updated, not sure what other news you're after?
Visit your ACP dashboard, you'll get a notice if you need to do anything, otherwise everything is automatically configured for you.

Sounds like you have disabled the hook that is shipped with the app.

    Check it is enabled.

Was on my phone when I posted this, as a follow up: Check the hook is enabled, if it is please submit a support ticket as detailed in the files 'Support' section.

This mod isn't functioning as it should at our 3.4.6 site

Several users have given hard bounces. Those addresses have been picked up by the mod. For starters I'm really missing a search feature here, since I've got 240 pages with mails to look through.

When zooming in on a particular user I see in the members.members_cache something with "bouncer":
a:2:{s:7:"bouncer";a:5:{s:11:"_currentAAM";s:1:"0";s:8:"disabled";b:1;s:12:"disabledTime";i:1398949358;s:7:"warning";b:0;s:10:"modalShown";i:1401466465;}s:13:"msgAlertReset";i:1401466465;} But at mandrillapp.com I can see there are still going mails to this user!

Besides: a user with an invalid email has updated his email, but the notification is still there!

If you're a developer, you can also use the GPS of mobile devices quite easily (we actually use this in IP.Nexus to make the address input field autocomplete, you usually only need to enter your house number and it knows the rest), though I wouldn't recommend it for things like location-based advertising.

With GPS location, it requires both the user to have GPS-compatible hardware, and them to specifically allow access. While that's fine for specific cases, most users aren't going to allow access to their precise location unless they know what you want it for. And for things like location-based advertising, getting it based on their IP is specific enough (I assume you're going to do ads based on their country, or maybe state, but you're not going to show different ads to different streets, presumably ).

    The methods available are:
/* IP address */ IPSGeoLocation::getByIp( $ipAddress ); /* Latitude and longitude (such as returned by the GPS) */ IPSGeoLocation::getByLatLong( $latitude, $longitude ); /* Manually */ $geolocation = new IPSGeoLocation; $geolocation->addressLines = array( '123 Fake St.' ); $geolocation->city = 'City'; $geolocation->country = 'US'; So, if you wanted it, it's there. You'd just need to write the JS to ask the user for permission and post the values (which is just a couple lines of JS).

There is a Geolocation class available in 4.0 out of the box. It is based on IP address and/or physical address input.

This app is great! Loving it so far.

I have a suggestion for the next upgrade.

You could add member moderation tools in the list Disable Emails.

First, add the option to change the number of members listed per page.

Second, add filters to list members, like number of posts, last post date, date registered, etc.

Third, give the admin power to select one, many or all listed members under certain filters, and with the selected mass change member group, delete member account, etc.

It would be very nice to have the power to mass delete members (with hard bouncing email), for exemple, with no posts or last login for more than a year, and so far.

    What do you think?

And thanks again for this wonderful app.

The app doesn't change any member groups.

Items manually added to the blacklist don't have a 'reason' that we act on (hard-bounce / soft-bounce / spam).

In reality, if you're already getting bounces for those users on another system, if you're sending emails to them Mandrill will notice that pretty quickly too.

We have some basic ideas about geolocation support in 4.0, however I doubt they will be implemented to the degree you are requesting above. That would likely require a custom plugin to accomplish - but if the infrastructure to perform geolocation lookups is already in place, it should make such an addon much easier.
