  1. Possibly this (from the release notes): I'd expect that to be a check of your existing MP installed apps/plugins to determine if they are marked as compatible with IPS 4.7, and if not then display that message before you upgrade? Purely a guess. Actually, more info here...
  2. If I decide to go beyond a proof of concept then I will be seeking input - at this time, none required.
  3. Previous videos removed...here's a more up-to-date version: Create New Topic - Invision Community — Mozilla Firefox 2022-08-24 16-14-22.mp4
  4. I'll regret this...I got bored and I've POKED the POC a bit... Audio... Create New Topic - Invision Community — Mozilla Firefox 2022-08-23 14-55-02.mp4 With added video too... Create New Topic - Invision Community — Mozilla Firefox 2022-08-23 14-38-12.mp4
  5. There ya go - that's the cause of the problem; either begin paying for the Google service or move to using the DeepL free plan (and potentially the paid plan, depending on your monthly usage)
  6. No, it isn't...you are running v1.4.0 and the most recent release is v1.4.1 And there's the problem: You've exceeded Googles usage limits, likely over the allowed quota that Google has provided to you - this is not an issue with the app, and you should investigate this yourself via your Google Developer Console.
  7. Advisable - but the issue isn't the same; please leave things to me.

  9. It's as it says in the message - there is an error in the response from the View the application's error logs, to see the the error that was logged - it's there for that reason, and should provide what the response was for the request, assuming the response wasn't null. And all those settings you provide - all that tells me is where you have chosen to put the button on the front-end. It tells me nothing about which API you are using, what languages you've chosen for display, etc. Start with the bolded item above, and we go from there.
  10. Likely that the theme is compatible with IPS 4.7 only, you are on 4.6.12.1
  11. Sorry, not going to happen - at least with this resource. Might think about it for a future project.
  12. The person posting the link, or the person viewing the embedded item?
  13. Go to the support page in your ACP and you should see optional patches available to fix this.
  14. I know...and it was. And now it isn't, hence the post.
  15. v1.4.1 of this was approved 10 minutes ago - compatibility was set to 4.7 when I submitted it; 100% sure of this because it is the only option available to select now that multiple versions are not selectable. When you view the app, there is no compatibility field. Go to https://invisioncommunity.com/files/category/168-social-experience/ and you see the app at the top of the listing. Now filter by 4.7 - bye bye app. When attempting to view the app via the ACP on test site:
  16. v.1.4.1 is currently pending approval FIXES Fixed issue where not having Pages installed (either never had it, or have removed it from the installation) will cause translation functionality to break NEW tested and compatible with Invision Community Suite 4.7 Important: please note that as we are no longer able to mark resources in the MarketPlace as compatible with multiple versions of Invision Community Suite, this update as well as any future updates can only be installed if you have upgraded to Invision Community Suite 4.7
  17. If you've sent me a PM, I haven't received it - if you've sent them on the PM you started earlier, I did indicate on there that I was going to delete the conversation. Anyway...this is likely the easiest way forward for me here...
  18. Thanks - so just need you to advise on the following now: Can you open that table without issues? (this means access it, and view the content of it. Enable the app again, and then go to this location on your site /admin/?app=neapptranslate&module=neapptranslate&controller=netranstranslations Any errors accessing that page? If you want to give my account ACP access, I can take a closer look myself.
  19. You will need to use something like PHPMYADMIN or Adminer to view the database - your host can assist with that.
  20. Thank you - my suspicion is that there is an issue with that table in that it either no longer exists, or it is corrupt in some way. It is the location where any translations performed are cached for later use - if a translation works, it stores it in there. But if it fails to store it due to a problem with the table, then it will fail out with the translation. And when you edit a post, those cached items are removed so that the translations are not out of date - hence this: #0 /home/host448960/domains/xbox-vibes.com/public_html/init.php(927) : eval()'d code(13): IPS\neapptranslate\_NeappTranslate::cacheBuster()
  21. I'm not doubting that my app is the problem here - I'm indicating that I can't reproduce your issue, so I'm gathering information from you to assist further. Do you wish to continue troubleshooting? If so, go into your database and advise the following: Does the "neapptranslate_translations" table still exist? Can you open that table without issues, if it does still exist? Enable the app again, and then go to this location on your site: /admin/?app=neapptranslate&module=neapptranslate&controller=netranstranslations Any errors accessing that page?
  22. Ok - exactly what version of PHP 8.1.x and 8.0.x please? Need that .x bit so that I can test further.
  23. That's not even supported with IPS 4.7 (unless I've missed something, which I doubt) and I'm not even sure if it has been officially released yet (last I saw it was a Beta) You would be best dropping back to one of either 7.4.x, 8.0.x or 8.1.x (as IPS 4.7 introduced support for PHP 8.1.x)
  24. @Edjazoli Got a few minutes here to do some testing - not finding any issues on my side, can't reproduce the issue. However, on your site the translation functionality isn't working either. So... "after installing new version of IPS" - when did you update, and what were you on prior to that update? What exact version of PHP are you running?
  25. @Edjazoli moving your report to the support topic As per the listing of the app, it is not currently marked compatible with IPS 4.7 - I'll take a look into this issue later in the week
