As described - basic support is provided on this community now.

    Does it read like:

The original full support is not available to active license holders any longer (has been discontinued), instead, active license user should seek basic help on the forum? This would certailny be a game changer for us (running some 5 websites with multiple IP products purchased; for the past 15 years). IP team to please clarify.

  2. Thank you, I dont' recall having this change of support extent been announced before (which is something i may have missed) but let's try:

My query to IPS support is as follows:
'On our holesovice.cz I have asked the ISProvider to enable PHP 8.0, after its been done I have changed the settings to activate 8.0 after which the entire IP presentation became unaccessible. Can you please advise what could be changed on the IP installation side so that the presentative is working again.'

Is it not showing new images, or are location changes to existing images not updated?

Are you sure the images contain location information? Is the category the image is uploaded to visible to guests?

    1. Not showing on new images

    2. The images contain location information which is displayed next to them in the Gallery (minimpa) but their marker is not shown in the Map app. (Example https://www.ideon.cz/image/7775-khor-kalba-mangrove-centre-04jpg/ vs https://www.ideon.cz/communitymap/ )

    3. The category of the image is visible to guests

  4. Hello, I have a few comments based on my recent experience with the Gallery.

    1. Image Tools vs. Manage Image

    - I find these very similar and difficult to memorize which one is which one, I often need to Feature an image andd while being intuitively driven to Image Tools - the function is under Manage Image (which is quite hidden in my oppinion), perhaps these two could be somehome rationalized

Could contain: Person, Human, Handrail, Banister, Staircase

    2. Is this button/field required?

Could contain: Person, Human, Handrail, Banister, Interior Design, Indoors, Text

    3. Image Resolution

I am trying to figure out how the image resolution works, I am uploading images 1600px wide, and have gallery setting max img size 1600px wide as well, yet the resulting images are not as crisp as when uploaded on to Facebook. Since my page is built around the Gallery it is crucial for me to have the images as high quaility as possible. What is the workflow to follow to receive the highest quality possibly (e.g. the uploaded original)

  5. Hello, I am using the latest version of the Community Map as well as of the IPC Gallery, I started facing issue of gallery photo geolocation not being updated in the Map (as used to work before), any advise please?

I found the coordinates are being read from the images GPS tag and saved in the database as shown:

Any feedback on whether this could be implemented please?

  7. For the purpose of my site I would appreciate if the Gallery could have a Slideshow button

We are presenting albums with tens of images in each album and it is not comfortable for the members to be clicking each time they need to go to the next image.

  8. UPDATE:

I've noticed that although I saved the option Enable maps by default, this setting keeps turning into unchecked state.. which may be the cause of the problem, any experience with the same?

Late reply. Really sorry about that!

I don't own a Gallery license, so I can't answer right now if that is possible. Do you know if the coordinates are easily availaible in the database?

I found the coordinates are being read from the images GPS tag and saved in the database as shown:

  10. Could there be any patch-for-this-bug release to be considered since this issue is affecting our workflow. When we upload 100 geotagged images to a gallery album, there is no easy way to have the map displayed (apart of clicking one by one with leaving the album and coming back..)

  11. When clicking on Our Pick image thumbnail, the users are directed not to the image details but rather to an image preview, which leads them 'nowhere', there is no link on the preview page to the main album which is misleading. It would seem more logical to direct to the photo detail page.

  12. It appears that in Gallery the Show map option is uneasy to turn on 'per image' . While it can be turned on on one image, after clicking on next image this toggle becomes inactive. One has to exit to album and click on to the next image to switch the toggle, which is not practical.

  13. I've noticed that the custom fields are note being separated by 'enters' on the markers page as shown below (Contact, Attachment/Upload) which is quite distracting, could this be fixed please?

Further, can you please confirm what is the best way to add photo (that would pop-up on the map) to  a marker? I have achieved it by adding an 'Upload' custom field and chose this custom filed to be shown on the pup-up. As shown below.

  14. Hi I have noticed when clicking on Browse Markers the minimap shows quite 'zoomed out' I think it would be beneficial to have it zoomed in (as Google does) so that the address is clear.
