If the problem is particular, and requires sensitive data, the staff can take the discussion to a ticket to solve everything in private. Staff run shifts and are not always immediately available. Other users can step in and if possible provide a solution.

Hi. See if you can help with this. I found this code to check the root location of folders. Create a file with .php extension and insert this code.

echo $path;
?>

Send it with ftp to your space and open it from the browser. It should tell you the location of the folders.
