Jim M Posted January 5 Posted January 5 Typically, we see this when you are using a service like SendGrid and they implement their own click tracking on links. I would suggest disabling that if you are using that service.

DesmoWolf Posted January 5 Author Posted January 5 I just extended Text. But it was still working after Text changes for weeks! A few weeks ago I got a notice that a Variable or DB- Table ist switched off! I have no access to the DB.

While I understand what you are saying, there have been many updates since that change you made a year ago. So if the updated template is no longer compatible with what you have added, it would break.

teraßyte Posted January 6 Posted January 6 The URL to validate the account has been changed, if you edited the template (even adding some simple text, it didn't auto-update correctly with the upgrade and thus returns that error. Compare your edited email template to the default one to find out what changed. Marc and Miss_B 2
