I've been trying to post an image that readers can click and go to another site. I've tried several different ways and either the link doesn't work, or the image doesn't appear.

First, can clickable images be posted on Invision sites and second, if they can be posted, HOW!?

Keep in mind, I have absolutely NO idea what I'm doing and, if anyone chooses to help, I need it explained in the simplest way possible - LITERALLY the simplest, step-by-step instructions that even a small primate with a cognitive defect AND a traumatic brain injury would understand.

ANY help will be greatly appreciated.

Sure.

  1. First, create an image attachment in the editor by choosing the file from your hard drive.
  2. then click on it, so the image is added to the post content.
  3. Then double-click on the image.
  4. In the dialog box, replace the content of the URL field with your target URL.

THANK YOU!!!

I feel as if I've actually evolved.

Maybe not into another species of small primate with a higher intelligence level, but DEFINITELY into one with a lesser cognitive defect and a traumatic brain injury that is healing remarkedly well for the degree of blunt force damage it sustained - don't ask, it was a tragic event involving a slow loris and a mouse lemur (both of ill repute) as well as a capuchin monkey with one eye and a limp.

I'd rather not talk about it.

THANKS!!! again for the help.

For the record, @Patham, there is no such thing as a silly question. Everyone has different abilities when it comes to forum software and the internet in general. The only way to learn is to ask as many questions as you can. I find myself asking questions performing certain functions purely because something I had to do when releasing one community, I didn't do until years later when I created another community.

Glad you found a solution in the end though.
