What is the meaning of "No notification list" option?

I am trying to translate this language bit "No notification List" but I'm struggling to comprehend even in English language what does that choice exactly mean.

Is it the same like "Do not send me notifications"? But if it were then why a different phrase is used here?

It will not show up in the notification bell on the community:

So basically it will go to the notification list but will not make a red number on the bell alarm? Like go quietly into the notification list?

It will not go at all to the notification list. I.E. no notification.

I’m the sense of verbiage for this particular segment, yes you could say that.
