Just "upgraded" a license to the Classic version and wanted to ask support some questions and see this:

Could contain: File, Text, Webpage

Then I check the pricing, find the well-hidden self-hosted option and see this:Could contain: Page, Text

So... how do you get help if something doesn't work? Or if you want to find out if a feature can be improved?

I'm talking about support from the people who make this software and you pay $199/year to.

Support was simply changed (quite some time ago now). As mentioned by Nathan, you would post on the community here, as you have done, in order to obtain support.

These forums are staffed (Hi!), we can access your details as normal. If the need arises, we can move to an email ticket and can escalate as normal.

Thanks for the clarification. Perhaps the text seen in the 2nd photo can be improved to avoid confusion.

How does this work for multiple issues/questions? One topic for each one? One for all?
