I've had around 10 spam accounts from India over the last 48 hours. When checking the IP, they are all from India. This morning I set it so that accounts from India are under manual review and yet 5 minutes ago I've got a new account posting spam, and the IP is from India.

Are these registering under the standard login method, or other means?

Just checked and its Google login

Please ensure you have applied all patches showing in the support area of your admin CP. This should correct the problem you are having
