Community Hive Block - Where the heck can it go?

I see there is a new Community Hive Block. I've tried to put it on the Index page, Articles page, Downloads page, Gallery page, etc, and it always tells me "This block cannot be displayed here". 

So where can it go?

It can go absolutely everywhere. You just need to activate the Community Hive connection the ACP first. (under Integrations)

It's activated. But I did cause an issue previously...

I thought this was resolved, but maybe this issue is connected.
