I'm trying to get some Advertisements showing on the sidebar of the Forums area via Blocks. I've created a custom block (and think I've done it right, according to the Help Guides), but when I drag it over into the sidebar, this is what it says:

Am I supposed to enable blocks somewhere?

Never mind! I got it. For some reason, I just had to clear the system cache -- then it let me click on it like normal.
