I have an achievement rule set to award 1 point when a member votes on a poll. I just noticed that my members haven't been getting points awarded for this, even though all the other rules are working as expected.

What could cause this?

Do you have an example of this I can take a look at on your site?

I can see this has happened on your site with the example you messaged me, but I'm unable to replicate it on my end. Please disable all 3rd party items, and test this.
