I have database under a tab and it is no longer visible.  The database records had been automatically loading on this page.  I don't know what changed or how to fix it. Help would be appreicated.

Have you first of all looked at the block manager to ensure the database is actually on the page? The most likely scenario is that someone has unintentionally removed the block
