Day_ Posted June 1, 2023 Posted June 1, 2023 All work fine on my own forum (in the cloud), however I'm not receiving email notifications to private messages on this forum.

Sorry for the late reply, no I didn't. I also didn't receive any auto reply when emailing support the other day, when I moved to the cloud, my emails went down for a few days, I suspect my email address has been blocked on your system.
Marc Posted June 7, 2023 Posted June 7, 2023 I have gone ahead and checked that, however you're not showing to be blocked at present. Could you please check this with your email provider first of all? Also, I have created a ticket on this so we can check in other areas

Weird
